As we concentrate on the theme of Oneness this month, we may require some detoxing of negative emotions. Detox means to rid one self of ____, stuff is the simplest way to say it.
What are you holding onto that prevents you from being the best and happiest person you know? Did something happen, eons ago, that you still remain connected to through memory? Are you still paying that worn out tape of what should have happened but did not? Are you still angry because so and so did not give you what you expected? Did life give you lemons and you desperately wanted apples? Did things happen and ______?
Well the Good News is that you can replace those thoughts and memories with new ones! Simply by remembering and releasing and replacing the incident with pure, unadulterated, sincere LOVE! This is the way to Oneness, knowing that things happened for a reason even if we did not understand or get the message from it! Perhaps, just perhaps things did not work out the way you wanted because there was a better and grander way for you to experience Life. The person left or was never there because that is simply the way it was designed to be. The money has not flowed into your life because you are still learning ‘how to manage money’. The health is not at optimum level because you continue to feast on unhealthy foods and you do not exercise regularly.
What requires detoxing for you? Remember it is not outside of you; rather it is all on the inside. Your thoughts predict your words which show up as your actions. As stuff comes up, it may stink because it has been imbedded so deeply in you. Allow yourself to dig deeper and release the stinky stuff. Continue the Detox and the aroma will become pleasant, that is a guarantee. Additional periods of detoxing are strongly suggested as you continue to live a life of bliss. Things will come up for you; just release them with sincere appreciation for having occurred in the first place.
