Today exhale everything that weighs you down. Release self-judgment and self-punishment. Forgive yourself all that you have allowed to cause you concern and worry. Release all the little things that make you feel guilt and shame.
Release the situation that helped you use improper language. So what the car cut you off or the price of gas keeps changing. And the children messed up today in school or forgot to do their chores. Just simply release it all.
Release the fact that you could have done this or that better and you chose not to. Release, release, release. There is no honor in holding on to something that happened so long ago that you do not even know the date or why it happened in the first place. Just release it.
Stop and give thanks for this new opportunity to share and be alive. You are well and move about freely. You are not imprisoned either physically or mentally unless you so choose to be so. The worst kind of imprisonment is the kind we place on our thoughts. You are gifted with free-will and can change your thoughts at any time you decide that the thoughts you are carrying are weighing you down and causes you challenges.
While you are in a state of gratitude, nothing will get close to causing you any harm. Be thankful for the ability to go to work. Be thankful that the bills come each month to your place of residence. Be thankful that you can laugh or cry whenever you choose.
You see these are all choices and in some places individuals do not have this freedom. No complaining nor worry nor beating up on your self this day. Rejoice today. Be happy today. Be JOY-FILLED this day.
