Where is your Passion? Accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative. Concentrate and focus on your strengths today. Build those areas up to a point they become areas of brilliance and expertise. Yes accentuate your positive aspects. We each have gifts and talents. What is strength for you may not be strength for someone else. Truly you are not required to do it all.
As we each strengthen those areas we are good in, it builds a massive movement of folks doing those things with great honor that they do well. There is no need to be strong in all areas, some areas are just not suited to you. Build on your strengths and find the resources that you may require in other areas.
Are you an organizer of things? Become an expert in that and offer your services to others. Are you skilled in managing a project after it has been designed? Are you the one who has ease with figuring out the intricate details of a computer? Are you a gifted designer of programs? Are you a great leader of people? Do you love working with numbers?
Whatever your field of expertise, capitalize on that and leave the other to people who are gifted in those areas. I love to write, allowing God to bless me with the written word. I may not always want to go back and edit the work, nor do I enjoy some of the programs on the computer. Sometimes I still use a pen and paper to jot down my ideas. If that is how it comes then that’s what I use. I am Blessed with Wonderful Souls who have served to edit my work with great pride. That is their area of expertise and I sincerely appreciate them and their gifts.
I no longer desire to do it all, at least not all by myself. I look for individuals who are gifted in areas other than mine. We can then bless each other by the sharing of our gifts and talents. And we get to focus on our own true areas of expertise, building them stronger.
Accentuate your positive today. What can you offer to the service of others?
